The overall IT solution supporting all CargoObserver monitoring products comprises a redundant gateway which is contacted directly by the devices, a server with the CargoObserver management Software (COMA) and an intuitive web frontend with powerful reporting capabilities. In addition to our web solution, data can also be forwarded through an open IT interface to the customer directly for further processing. We closely work together with our customers to specify the processes that need to be monitored and optimized and then we design the relevant data algorithms and filters so you don’t get lost with large amount of data. This allows our customers to manage hundreds or thousands of devices very effectively.
